    Hello 3CX Community,

Our 3CX system is hosted by Google and we seem to be stuck at build 15.5.3849.1. I have manually checked the update page many times over the last few months. Mostly to update SIP providers.

My understanding is that service packs have to be installed manually.

Any ideas how to get our installation past 15.5.3489.1?

    Thanks,
    Brett

    Hello @Brett Coleman

Is your installation hosted on your own google instance or is it 3CX hosted?
As a first step check your downloads path in Settings / Parameters. Search for "DOWNLOADS_URL" and make sure that is does not end with Beta. It should be something like
    Code:
    https://downloads-eu.3cx.com/downloads/v155
    depending on your region.

It is our own Google instance and we used the 'wizard' to deploy in either May or June of last year.

    DOWNLOADS_URL is set to: https://downloads-us.3cx.com/downloads/v155

I searched for UPDATE first and the SP_VERSDESC is value is SP.

This is correct. Please connect to your instance via SSH and check you Debian version using:
    Code:
    cat /etc/debian_version
Once you have determined that version open:
    Code:
    nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/3cxpbx.list
If Debian 8 confirm that you the following repository:
    Code:
    deb http://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/debian jessie main
If Debian 9 confirm that you see the following:
    Code:
    deb http://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/debian stretch main
If you do not see the correct repository for your version then add it. Once you do save the file and perform an update using:
    Code:
    apt-get update
Restart 3cx services and try clicking on the Update button located on the Dashboard of the management console.
