Services Not Starting After SSL Certificate Renewal

At around 3AM last night, my clients 3CX services failed to start after the SSL certificate was renewed. Customer had to manually restart services upon arriving at the office this morning. As you can see in the log below, the system extensions began to unregister before the SIP Server service stopped, then the SSL certificate was renewed. How can this issue be avoided in the future?

Please note that for the certification renewal process to complete the PBX services need to be restarted so that part is normal.
The issue is why did the services fail to start. Do you know which service failed to start?

The SIP Server failed to start
 
Is this a windows or linux installation? If windows you could check the windows event viewer for any errors around the time the service was restarted.

Just FYI, We had the same issue on a customer v15.5.13103.5 server yesterday at 05:39:
Server is running on a Windows Server 2012R2 HyperV.

The SSL Certificate for your 3CX installation at xxxxxxxx.3cx.nu has been successfully renewed for the next 90 days.
This has been done automatically for you and no further action is required.
Your 3CX web server is now secured and all web traffic that passes via 3CX is encrypted.

ATTENTION! Failed to restart SIP service! Please check SIP Service status!

The 3CX PhoneSystem 01 Queue Manager Server service depends on the 3CX PhoneSystem 01 SIP Server service which failed to start because of the following error:

Event 16002 @ 05:40:40
Closing a TCP socket with local port number 5060 in process 2396 is taking longer than expected. The local port number may not be available until the close operation is completed. This happens typically due to misbehaving network drivers. Ensure latest updates are installed for Windows and any third-party networking software including NIC drivers, firewalls, or other security products.
