There have been varying request about allowing some type of multiple IPs without having to use DNS. Many companies have backup and failover static IPs/WAN providers they use for these purposes. A feature that would support almost unlimited redundancy would be setting at the sip trunk level what the public ip should be reported as on the call. So if a call goes out or comes in over that trunk, act as if the public ip is X. That way we can easily maintain automatic failover or redundancy. I'm aware of the manual updating of an IP, however since most SIP providers are now offering automatic failover it should be a priority for a PBX to support it as well. Thanks for a great product.
