setting regular re register to VOIP provider

    Hi all,

    where can I set the time intervall after which a re-register of the VOIP provider will be done ?

    You need to go to your Voip Provider in the PBX:

    Voip Providers > YOUR PROVIDER > Advanced Tab > Time Between Registration Attempts in Seconds, Default is 600.

    well, that is what I expected, but in the server activity log I do not see the regular "sent registration request for xxx". Any other settings which enables / disables the regular update ?

    3CX is running on a Windows Server 2008 machine with direct link to the internet without NAT and without firewall, but dynamic IP.
