Setting up

    I have set up the system and can call out and in. However, no matter what I do, the call is transferred to the first configured internal no. (100). When looking in the log, it seems to be the default no. when out of normal office hours. I cannot access this function in the free (trial) installation.

    I actually wanted calls to go to the electronic receptionist, but seems as this is not allowed???

    I have a similar problem, and am using the demo key. I can assign the call to go the digital receptionist, but since the extension shows as "not registered", the call is refused as busy.
