Settings Disappearing

    Last night, our DID numbers and inbound rules disappeared for seemingly no reason. A few weeks back, we also had our office hours settings disappear.

    No clue what the cause of this is, but I wanted to make 3CX aware.

    I have a similar issue with inbound rules, CID settings.
    Wierdly after about 30 minutes it completely forgets the CID Rules.

    I also had to reset multiple phones, multiplies times because it would show up as a new device.
    Error logs would then show something along the lines of "wrong password"

    Seeing this same issue with CID rules disappearing.

    I too recently had all of my inbound rules simply disappear. Fortunately, there were only two simple rules so not a problem re-configuring but a bit disconcerting from a reliability standpoint.

    Anyone from 3cx have a response or help to point us in the correct direction?

    Honestly, I think they're working their A$$es off on the SP2 due out - I expect in October.

    Keep up the awesome work Team 3CX Devs - Really need SP2 to shine.

    We fixed the issue which causes CID rules disappearing.
    SP2 is in final testing stage. So expect it very-very soon.

    Appreciate the update. Curious what was causing it. Did all the settings disappearing get fixed?
