settings in the router was clear

    3cx phone system was working well until the other day our Cisco E2500 router was reset and all the our settings where clear. NOW Only the 4 phones work internally at our main location But all outsides are have a busy single Please help... I can login into the Router but I need assistance personally, skyple or somebody remotely reconfigure our settings. :shock:

    There may be some other settings, but I assume that all the port forwarding must be set up again.

    Many routers have the ability to do a back-up of the configuration once the settings are to your satisfaction. It's highly recommended to do this.
