What is the status of this functionality?
Version 4 will allow to have multiple registrations for one extension. All of them will ring when call is addressed to that extension. Is it what you want?
Please let us know when will release V4.
BTW, can V4 support T.38 and group pick as well?
Hopefully, first beta of V4 will be ready by October.
T.38 support should be present, group pick - what is it?
My meaning is: If the company has 3 departments (admin, sale and finance)
Call Pick is *10* for current extension which in ring. If press *10* + extension number XXX will pick the call from EXT XXX in ring.
If over two extensions in ring almost at the same time. Somebody at other extension press *10*, this user should be pick the call in ring first or later. Additionally, those extensions are not located at the same floor or located at different departments. Which call will be picked up?
Extensions for admin dept are 100, 101 and 102. They will be assigned to group 30001. With in 100-102, they can press *10* to picked up the call for each other in ring ONLY.
The others departments are the same setting. Therefore, they can only pick up the call within the same group ONLY.
Well, I will think about it. If I will have enough time I could implement something like this.
