Shared Park Caller ID Issue

    Hello we are currently running 15.5.8801.3 we are also running yealink t46s phones. When we utilize Shared Parking we lose our caller ID. We currently have "Support Re-invites, Support 'replaces' header" at the extension and trunk level and have defaulted the phones themselves several times with no changes. Does anyone have an recommendation on how to fix this? Thanks for any help.

    Yes i did come across those links, that did not solve my issue i have been having.

    Hello @Ty Venne

    Try removing the "Support Re-Invite" and "Support Replaces" option from your trunk and try again.

    By default this option is off to all our supported providers to prevent issues like the one you are experiencing. As i am not aware of who your provider is i cannot be certain of the outcome but generally speaking these options should be off. You can always turn then back on if you face any issues
