Shared Park disconnects calls -- Can't pickup

    I have a V9 (upgraded from 7) commercial system with AAstra 6753i Phones (on 2.6.0.66 Firmware and one 2.6.0.2010 for testing). I have one programmable key set for BLF/Xfer - SP1 for a shared Park call. On internal calls everything works fine. All external calls park fine but when we try to pickup we get onhold music and the external call disconnects. this happens with 3cx softphone park/pickup as well? We are using a VOIP provider.

    any help would be great.

    Hi,

    Default settings of Voip provider connection:



    You need to remove tick from "supports re-invite" in voip provider configuration.

    Re-invite was not checked but replace was, removed the tick and all is well.
