I continue to have issues with the Shared Park in 3CX. I currently have two extension that previously parked calls and both extensions still show those parked calls, both in 3CX My Phone and in the Management portal. I've attached images from both. There are no calls currently parked. The only fix I've found is to reboot the 3CX server. I'm not sure this is related but we sometimes have issues picking up a Parked call. We see that it's parked and selected the BLF location of the call but it doesn't become unparked. We have to wait for it to ringback then use *20* to pick it up otherwise it just becomes this endless loop. Currently on V12 SP3.
