3cx v11 sp4a we have 3 users that share a manual account #2 setup on their phone as a shared voice mail box (ext 992). the extensions that share it are 901,902,903 and are all located in the same office. we have seen it where extension 901 checks the voicemails and then removes them from the system, but 902 and 903 extensions still show the messages being in the box. we have also had times where all 3 extensions show 0 voice mails, and then a handful of messages appear from the previous 2 weeks that they never received. has anyone else ever seen this ? and fix ?
