Short Delay in Audio Connection

    Over the last few weeks, we have noticed that when answering a call (internal or external) there is a delay on the audio connection. So for example, when you pick up and say hello, the other end doesn’t hear you say hello. If you wait a second or two, they hear you fine.

    I don’t think anything has changed lately. Any suggestions of where to start looking?

    I recently had that problem with Yealink T28 phones. Firmware 2.60.0.80 seems to have resolved the issue.

    I have the same problem with a Tiptel IP286. The firmware is not yet 2.60.0.80 for Tiptel. Has a solution?

    The firmware on the website is not current and you can not download the latest firmware! The new firmware can be loaded on AutoProvision http://update.tiptel.nl/tiptel/ (2.60.13.4).
