Should I upgrade to v12 to fix 3CX CRM integration issue?

    Hi,

    Our office is currently using 3CX phone system (v11) with 3CX CRM Integration - it has the plugin Salesforce installed.

    We are running into problems when using "click to call" Function on Salesforce; We test on several PCs in the office and we found out that It works on Windows 8 OS PCs, not windows 8.1 and XP.

    I am wondering if we upgrade to 3CX phone v12, will this issue get fixed. Or is there any other potential causes, or any work around we can do?
