Show agent queue status on yealink

    Hello,
    Is it possible to show the queue status of an agent on a yealink phone? Maybe by a DSS Key or the MWI? My users want to see if they are logged in (and not every one has a PC).

    I know this is an old thread but does anyone know if this is now possible? Would be great to see if you are in\out of the queue without using any software.

    I just ran into this problem as well. An agent logged out for lunch and forgot to log back in. It would be very helpful if there was some kind of indicator on the phone itself, for users who don't have access to 3CXPhone.
