    When a call is attended transferred that call has no call history. In an office where all calls are attended transferred there is no record on 3CX phone for any of the users of these calls.

    Support says that only blind transferred calls will have a record. If call history is a valid feature, then it should be just as valid for a call that was attended transferred as one that was blind transferred. Customers who bill on time in an office that uses attended transfers can not use 3CX for their timesheets.

    We use 3cx phone with Snom phones in CTI mode.
    Calls transfered with attended Transfer are wrongly reported in 3cx. Snom handles it properly and also the 3CX Displays the calling Party correctly while the call is going on on the last leg. So thats a simple excuse, why it should not be possible to have These call also properly reported in the 3CX phone's call history.....
    Thanks for Fixing that, we Need to know which customer was on the phone for how Long, and not which internal Person transfered me a call.

    Same for Yealink phones on 3CX. Blind transfers work, but since almost all of our clients have a receptionist who transfers all incoming calls attended, they have no possibility of finding out who called after hanging up.

    Call recordings however show the external number and only the external call, so the information is available within 3CX.

    The possibility to choose what is shown in the history log is greatly appreciated.

    Just a comment, the transferred calls do not show up properly in the call logs but if you run a "Call Report" for a particular destination extension it will show an original call coming in to a central/initial extension then being transferred to that destination extension. Report will show Caller ID, Destination, Time and Duration of the call. It will show the Reason as "Replaced" (ie. "Transferred").
