When a call is attended transferred that call has no call history. In an office where all calls are attended transferred there is no record on 3CX phone for any of the users of these calls. Support says that only blind transferred calls will have a record. If call history is a valid feature, then it should be just as valid for a call that was attended transferred as one that was blind transferred. Customers who bill on time in an office that uses attended transfers can not use 3CX for their timesheets.
