    Hi,

    We have just deployed 3CX v15 Pro in our Call Centre which is an all windows softphone deployment and we have just discovered that when our team of receptionists use attended transfer when the call is transferred the windows softphone client shows the details of the extension that transferred the call to them, not the caller they are speaking too.

    Blind transfer does show the details of the caller who has been transferred but not attended transfer which works differently.

    Why would anyone want to see where there call was transferred from!?!? Im sure if you search long enough you will always find someone who wants that feature but i would imagine the majority of 3CX users would want to know who they are speaking too not who transferred the call to them.

    Is there any possibility to get this resolved any time soon?

    Totally agree, the ID of the call being transfered also does not show in the call history so the user is unable to then add as contact etc.

    How is this not a default feature of 3CX? You have to have the correct number in the call history! Attended transfers are useless at the moment. We have to first call the person on a second line, then make a blind transfer after. Very annoying.

    A view Minutes ago i had a call with a customer using DATEV Plugin and Multine TAPI - same issue. A call from another ext. is attended transfered. in DATEV it shows the caller id of the internal ext. After transfer there is still the number of the transfering ext. not from the external caller. Any Ideas?

    I'm testing this now with 15.5 SP5. Blogged here. Seems that attended transfers do eventually show the external CallerID, after the transferring station presses the Transfer button to complete the transfer. Can anyone confirm that the final station does eventually see the external CallerID?

    Also, for some reason, when the transfer completes, 3CX Phone is raising two identical Connection events within about a tenth of a second, causing some issues with my application. Is this a bug?
