Hi,
We have just deployed 3CX v15 Pro in our Call Centre which is an all windows softphone deployment and we have just discovered that when our team of receptionists use attended transfer when the call is transferred the windows softphone client shows the details of the extension that transferred the call to them, not the caller they are speaking too.
Blind transfer does show the details of the caller who has been transferred but not attended transfer which works differently.
Why would anyone want to see where there call was transferred from!?!? Im sure if you search long enough you will always find someone who wants that feature but i would imagine the majority of 3CX users would want to know who they are speaking too not who transferred the call to them.
Is there any possibility to get this resolved any time soon?
