Show Caller Details when Attended Transfer

Hi,

We have just deployed 3CX v15 Pro in our Call Centre which is an all windows softphone deployment and we have just discovered that when our team of receptionists use attended transfer when the call is transferred the windows softphone client shows the details of the extension that transferred the call to them, not the caller they are speaking too.

Blind transfer does show the details of the caller who has been transferred but not attended transfer which works differently.

Why would anyone want to see where there call was transferred from!?!? Im sure if you search long enough you will always find someone who wants that feature but i would imagine the majority of 3CX users would want to know who they are speaking too not who transferred the call to them.

Is there any possibility to get this resolved any time soon?

Has there been any update on this? We often receive queries from our clients as to why this seemingly basic feature is missing from the system... any updates from your end 3CX would be greatly appreciated!

I'm working in a law firm which previously used Estos Procall and we're clearly missing this functionality in 3CX. Currently, the secretaries are parking the incoming call, they announce it in a separate conversation and then forward the parked call via drag-and-drop in the receptionist view. This way, the number shows up on both phones, it's the best work-aroung we could figure out, but still rather confusing. An implementation of the suggested feature would be extremely appreciated!
