Show extension presence status in queues

    Please show extension phone status/presence in queues.

    I receive constant calls from clients with busy call centers and lots of queues & agents, saying that "the phone system" is malfunctioning because an incoming queue call is "ringing", while queue agents are shown as available for calls (green).

    This condition occurs if any of those available agents are:
    • on a non-queue call
    • part of another queue, and, on that other queue's call
    • Etc.
    Please consider applying the same status logic/colors to queue agents.

    follow up: when viewing "all queues", the status of the extension does show up - Just not in the individual queues.
