Silence with VoipBuster and 3CX

    Hi,

    We are using VoipBuster for outgoing international calls and everything work fine until two days ago. We ARE able to dial int. numbers, but the user cannot hear us (we can hear him speaking).

    What could be the cause for this?
    - We have restarted 3CX but no effect

    One way audio issues are usually router related aka NAT issues, SIP helper issues etc.

    I had this issue about a year ago (different provider)and it turned out to be a faulty router. A power cycle would clear it for a short period but I ended up replacing it.
