We have about 230 extensions on our current 3CX Phone System covering 20 locations and have no idea how close we are to our Simultaneous Call limit. Ideally, it would be nice to show how many are in use or maximum used for the day. I realize we will get an email when we reach the limit, but I would prefer to know this before we reach the limit. Perhaps, having a setting on the Email Notification tab for a manual entry of being notified. For example, if you have a 64 limit, you may want to key in 60, so you can plan a head for your growth versus having to deal with it immediately. Having this somewhere to view would take the guess work out of what is being used and allow for better growth planning.
