    Hello,

    how simultaneous calls counted?

    per simultaneous calls:
    in the system?
    on the 1 VoIP number?
    on the VoIP providers(all numbers)?

for example 8 simultaneous calls license.
Can I use 30 VoIP providers numbers?
Can I use 30 VoIP providers numbers if all 30 phones calls in 1 time to different extensions? etc...

Can you fully explain how it work?

Internal phone to external number = 1 call
External call to internal number = 1 call
Extension to extension = 1 call
Extension to voicemail = 1 call

    Thanks KerryG,

    For example:
I have 30 active connections to VoIP providers(wait for call).
Would all this connections be included in simultaneous calls?

Or only Active call to one of the VoIP provider or extension?

The Above plus you can have as many extensions as you want, as many providers as you want as long as there is a maximum of 8 calls going on at a time.

    Final question.

VoIP provider "simultaneous calls" set to 5

What happens if the sixth incoming calls arrive?

That could depend on your provider. If 3Cx sends them a message that the call is being rejected then they could provide busy tone or perhaps a recording saying to try your call later. You'd have to try it out. I would think that if you are paying for six simultaneous calls to/from your VoIP provider, then that is the limit you will set in 3CX. Why would you set it for less?
