Since SP4 update Cant connect to wallboard

    Anyone know any reasons this will happen since sp4 update??

    It says connecting then. Connection Closed

    ??

    Any help

    I always hate recommending this, but it sometimes fixes issues with IIS-type applications and 3cx...

    Backup ... Uninstall ... Reinstall ... Restore?

    And, stupid question, but have you tried rebooting (hey, lets face it - it's windows)

    Baring that -
    Is the wallboard application showing up in IIS Manager under the default website?

    What version of windows is on the server?

    Hi Thanks for your help on this...

    Ive rebooted the vm box (its running server 2012) It runs for about an hour then the numbers disappear off the dash. It still works in the presence information though.

    I have restarted IIS and nothing...

    Reboot of the queue manager within 3cx and it comes back (stats reset though) and again about an hour it will disappear again.
