Ran in to a strange situation on Version 10. As a small home business, 2 of my extensions have 2 or more phone numbers defined in the "Exceptions Tab", whereby the numbers will always ring the extension regardless of the business hours (emergency, etc.).

After upgrading to V10 and installing my license keys, should a number defined in the exception list call in, it is rejected by 3CX and goes to voice mail on Callcentric (the provider). I found this by testing using my cell number to one of the extensions. What I found peculiar was that as soon as I removed the number from the exceptions, the number rang through just fine.

I tried this on a non-forked extension and the same occurred. In the log I see:

16:38:48.618 [CM503020]: Normal call termination. Reason: Not found
16:38:48.616 [CM503016]: Call(66): Attempt to reach <sip:[email protected]:5060> failed. Reason: Not Found
16:38:48.615 [CM503014]: Call(66): No known route to target: <sip:[email protected]:5060>
16:38:48.613 [CM303002]: Forwarding loop detected: destination 4196, path: {4196}
16:38:48.607 [CM503010]: Making route(s) to <sip:[email protected]:5060>

Looks like your default ibound rule points to ext. 4196, which in turn has exception rule that points to itself => endless forwarding loop.
