SIP Phone not showing up in Phone Provisioning tab

    I have 8 identical IP phones in my system.

    One of them somehow isn't showing up properly. Under Phone Provisioning tab of only one specific extension there is no IP phone showing.

    However when I look at the Phones section it shows the proper Phone, MAC and extension in that list. Occasionally it shows " Phone Provisioning Problem" in the status section. All the icons at the top are also greyed out, other than Show Password

    There is no CFG file in the provisioning folder for that specific MAC address. Since I can't remove the phone from the Extensions tab to re-assign it i'm at a loss as to what to do.

    it's just this one phone out of the gang.

    Hi,

    please select a template on the Phone Provisioning tab of the extension >> Model, press Apply and OK.
    The check on the Phones section and see if the "Phone Provisioning Problem " message still appears.
    In order to release the phone if you want from this extension, delete the MAC address of the phone from this extension, on the model select "select phone model" and then press Apply and OK. With this way you will release the phone from this particular extension.
