    Hello,

    I am using the 3CX v9 SP1 free version. I would like to be able to call people from outlook 2010 64bit. So far the only application I can find (free/open source) is SIP TAPI. It looks great however I have some major issues with not being able to make it work.

    I have a cisco 7940 phone (at ip 192.18.1.20), and have 2 lines (extensions 11 and 12). I installed the sip tap 64 bit and did the registry tweak. I have it setup just like this image

    I have SIP domain as 192.168.1.2 and user as 12. The 3Cx is installed on the 192.168.1.2 ip machine. My outlook runs on a machine with 192.168.1.3 IP.
    Whenever I try to call someone from outlook I get this error log;

    13:34:43.210 [CM503020]: Normal call termination. Reason: Not available
    13:34:43.210 [CM503016]: Call(42): Attempt to reach <sip:12@192.168.1.2> failed. Reason: Not Registered
    13:34:43.210 [CM303002]: Forwarding loop detected: destination 12, path: {12}
    13:34:43.204 [CM503016]: Call(42): Attempt to reach <sip:12@192.168.1.2> failed. Reason: Not Registered
    13:34:43.198 [CM503017]: Call(42): Target is not registered: Ext:Ext.12
    13:34:43.191 [CM503016]: Call(42): Attempt to reach <sip:12@192.168.1.2> failed. Reason: Busy
    13:34:43.191 [CM503014]: Call(42): No known route to target: <sip:12@192.168.1.2>
    13:34:43.189 [CM503010]: Making route(s) to <sip:12@192.168.1.2>
    13:34:43.186 [CM505001]: Ext.12: Device info: Device Not Identified: User Agent not matched; Capabilities:[reinvite, replaces, able-no-sdp, recvonly] UserAgent: [ipcom.at SIPTAPI v0.2.9 Debug / eXosip 3.3.0] PBX contact: [sip:12@192.168.1.2:5060]
    13:34:43.171 [CM503001]: Call(42): Incoming call from Ext.12 to <sip:12@192.168.1.2>

    To me it sounds like I am trying to call 12 from 12 and it gives busy signal. Am I missing something here?

    If I use the users extension option as 11 at SIP TAPI dialog, than I get this error;

    13:37:56.491 [CM503020]: Normal call termination. Reason: Not available
    13:37:56.491 [CM503016]: Call(43): Attempt to reach <sip:12@192.168.1.2> failed. Reason: Not Registered
    13:37:56.491 [CM303002]: Forwarding loop detected: destination 12, path: {12}
    13:37:56.486 [CM503016]: Call(43): Attempt to reach <sip:12@192.168.1.2> failed. Reason: Not Registered

    13:37:56.455 [CM503001]: Call(43): Incoming call from Ext.11 to <sip:12@192.168.1.2>

    Please help.
