Create an IVR to notify a caller about the unavailability of truck line in the event that a caller is trying to make an external call via SIP trunk and all available line are engaged.

Why would an IVR be required?

I have a situation where if a callers wants to make an external and all trunks are busy, the call just drops.
Caller keeps trying until a free trunk is available.

It would be niece or friendly if a message is played to the callers informing them that all trucks are busy at that moment and if give the caller an option to choose to auto redial when a free trunk is available

    Regards
