SIP trunk inbound calls no ring tone

    Hello all,

    I have setup a SIP trunk with a VoIP provider and inbound/outbound calls work great, however on inbound calls the caller does not receive any ringing. So if the call takes 15 seconds to be answered, there would normally be 2 or 3 rings. I called the provider and they said they are generating ring tones and perhaps the 3CX is also generating the tones which would cause them to cancel each other out.

    Any ideas on getting ring tones working for inbound callers?
