Solved Sip trunk is green but never tries to connect

    Registration Request.PNG Any one ever seen this one before?

    The SIP provider is Appia and we tried to add a generic trunk and configure. Appia is saying they dont see the request going out. Anyone have any clues?

    Have you created Outbound rules ?

    Anything in the log files, to see if any activity on the sip trunk

    Looking around in the log files and I don't see anything. Any Idea on what log file would have sip trunk connection information?

    Needed to change the authentication to
    "registered\account based" it was set to "do not acquire IP based"
