Solved SIP Trunk Mismatch

    Hi,
    I've got some mismatch with SIP trunks in my 3CX. I've configured local IPTSP numbers as Generic SIP trunks.
    This is my dashboard

    But I've configured only 4 SIP trunks. But the dashboard says 5 out of 5 are online.

    I'm not sure how did the 5th came. But I don't see the 5th one even into SIP trunks.
    Can anyone explain?

    No, Nothing except 4 SIP trunks and 7 extensions

    Hello @akjon RooSho

    What PBX version are you running? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard, under the Information column next to the licence version. For example 15.5.15502.6.

    I have the same issue, I just thought it was because I am using V16 Alpha.

    In the V16 alpha there is a bridge to the Webmeeting service that counts as a trunk so that is normal.

    My version is 16.0.0.
    According to,
    I guess my fifth trunk is webmeeting service.
