SIP Trunk No Registration Attempts

    I have been demoing the free 3CX application. We are attempting to register with a Broadsoft switch using SIP and behind an Edgemarc router. I have found that when I program the trunk and request it to register that it is not sending any kind of SIP messaging to attempt to register with our platform. I have completely deactivated my windows firewall as well as rebuilding the trunk. Has anyone ever had this same issue? Also, I should note that the application I was attempting to capture the registration with is Wireshark.
