We used a supported SIP trunk provider, VOIP Innovations. They had an outage yesterday on their main outbound proxy IP, however they provide multiple redundant IP addresses, which did not experience the issue. Can 3cx or anyone suggest how to take advantage of these redundant outbound IPs, if possible? No place in the provided template to utilize additional outbound IPs. Can this be done by creating additional outbound calling rules? I believe the system was seeing 503 responses during the downtime for termination traffic.

Can you create an SIP trunk with the new outbound IP address.

Under Outbound rules, modify the rule and and add the new SIP trunk to route2

I can't create another outbound path since I can't select a template for Voipinnovations, it doesn't show up under any country or worldwide.....

Only supported providers will have templates

Can you not use Generic - Sip Trunk and copy the settings from your current sip trunk,

Maybe worth a call to Voipinnovations to configure it.
