We used a supported SIP trunk provider, VOIP Innovations. They had an outage yesterday on their main outbound proxy IP, however they provide multiple redundant IP addresses, which did not experience the issue. Can 3cx or anyone suggest how to take advantage of these redundant outbound IPs, if possible? No place in the provided template to utilize additional outbound IPs. Can this be done by creating additional outbound calling rules? I believe the system was seeing 503 responses during the downtime for termination traffic.
