SIP Trunks with new Internet Provdider

    Trying to move to a different Internet Provided with better upload.
    Our SIP Provider works by just knowing our IP address.

    When we switch to the new Internet provider we cannot place outbound calls.

    We are not going through a firewall and have changed the 3cx network IP address and rebooted several times.

    We can only work on the system after hours.

    Again inbound calls work but oubound calls fail.

    I suspect when we reboot that we no longer send the new IP address so the calls are failing.

    Isn't changing to a different ISP your problem, then?

    It really could be a number of things....
    I sent you a PM with my email address. If we could get a wireshark capture of the issue happening it would narrow it down fast.
