Sipgate.co.uk incoming problems

    Hi,

    I'm having a real head-ache. I've set up my Sipgate account in my voip providers in 3CX. I've installed the softphone, and that works fine. I can make outgoing calls with it to my mobile, but when I try to ring in to my voip number 01202 901784 I get three rising tones and it says call not allowed.

    Nothing in the log. I'm really stuck. Any ideas anyone?

    You are trying to call your own number back? Or , do you have a second VoIP number? I would think that the tones and recording are probably coming from your provider are you sure that you are sending the correct digits to them?
