Sipgate: Incoming calls work but no sound

    Hi all,


    I just registered Sipgate as a VOIP provider. When I call the telephone number -attributed to sipgate, it rings, but I can't hear anything neither on the phone from which I call from, nor on the one that I call to.

    Surprisingly, it works fine for the other VOIP providers (voipcheap...) that I registered through 3CX.

    It also works fine when I configure Sipgate directly into my PAP2 (=> not into 3CX).

    What equipment are you using? Could you post a log.

    In sipgate settings, under edit voip provider, do you have these settings:
    Registrar/Proxy Hostname or IP : sipgate.co.uk
    Stun : Blank
    Proxy : Blank

    Other options : PBX delivers audio

    I have sipgate set up like that here so it should work. Ports I use are 8000 - 80xx RTP, 5060 sip.
