Sipgate outgoing call making problems - help please & other.

    Hi there,

    Im just testing out VOIP now, but i've come into a problem.

    I can dial in to my Sipgate accounting using my telephone number given to me, but i cant seem to call out. I get a dial tone, but i just the messaged back to saying destination unknown.

    Also as you can see i keep getting the STUN request coming up, what do they mean? How can i fix the problem?

    Anyone?
    I've got another problem now, and that is sipgate line is not registering any more.

    I dont know whats caused it, but the firewall test in 3CX all pass. Im getting the stun server timed out messages.

    Does the stun server need to work to allow registration to sipgate?

    Ok i've fixed part of the problem again.

    Now call incoming work fine.

    But outbound calls don't, here is the log (although it looks like 999 call works? :
