SIPGate Outgoing Call No Sound

    Hi Guys,

    Ive got a problem in that outgoing calls using SipGate have no sound, calling the sipgate test number is just silent.
    Ive ran the firewall test and everything is coming back fine, ive also for the sake of testing things ran 3CX on DMZ and this made no difference at all. Incoming calls are fine but just going outgoing have the problem.

    Anyone got any ideas?

    Got the correct codecs listed in the VOIP providers properties?

    What is the 3CX log showing you?

    This is 100% a firewall configuration problem or possibly your ISP blocking certain ports or having 'double nat'....

    Hi,

    Having had a search on here i thought it to be firewall as well, however ive put it in DMZ and it made no difference. My ISP doesnt block any ports either which makes life slightly easier as i can count that out.
    Other VOIP Providers work perfectly, its just SIPGate that has the problem :shock:
