Skip queue on hold to leave Voicemail

    One of our clients has asked whether it's possible for their callers to press a button whilst they are in the queue to jump directly to leaving a voicemail.

    I.e. the queue timeout is 20 minutes, however they want the option for someone to press a number or # or * to be able to go directly to the voicemail rather than waiting the full 20 minutes.

    I've checked the docs / google and the software but can't seem to find this?

    Does anyone know if this can be done?

    Should be able to press * to jump to the Operator extension.. and direct calls to something else with an IVR which leads to voicemail.
