skype connect gateway problems

    3cx v 10.0.22686.2297
    2 software 3 cx phones
    1 polycom 335 sip 4.0.1.13681, boot 3.0.2.0024
    2 polycom 500 sip 2.1.3.0028 , boot 2.5.0.006

    presently have 3 online numbers, 1 is registered to 3CX and appears to work correctly, outgoing calls work fine every time, inbound calls seem to work 50 % of the time, when a call comes in its transferred correctly and the phones ring however when it doesnt work after 2 rings it states the person im trying to reach is currently unavilable this does not sound like a 3CX voice prompt rather a skype answer, the firewall check is below

    so my questions are as follows, could there be a routing issue that is cuasing the gateway to "pickup" the call sometimes and not others? and second is if i register another online skype connect account to my SIP profile is there a way in 3CX to direct that specfic phone number to a different set of extensions, eg, one number goes to one department one goes to another department? thanks alot.

    forget to mention logging set to verbose mode and when the call "fails" nothing appears in the log

    Make sure you have setup your router correctly. The Firewall Checker MUST end without any problem to can go on.
