We use Skype Connect (SIP) and have 4 trunks setup on this service. We have recently upgraded to version 11 and we have been having some call problems with inbound calls. Sometimes they come through yet sometimes, when calling inbound, an automated woman answers stating "Sorry, there is a high demand for this destination". There is no activity on the server log, which leads me to believe it maybe a Skype Connect issue or an issue specific with version 11 of the software. Version 10, to our knowledge, did not have this problem. Are there more detailed logs in 3CX to see if a connection was actually made with the server other than what can be seen through the Management Console? Does anyone have any suggestions?
