Skype Gateway - Delay Issues

    Hi There,

    I've been doing some demo work for a potential client who uses skype as their main telephone system currently. They have skype Numbers so want to keep these as well as credit etc. I took my machine and hand-sets to site to demonstrate the system using skype, however i kept geting a delay that meant the unit was frankly un-usesable. Their broadband speed seems fairly reasonable: http://www.speedtest.net/result/1261492826.png and is very similar to my office where i use the skype gateway with no issues.
    Even running direct into the router with no other devices there was still a delay. Any ideas what could be causing this? And on that speed would it be better using a dedicated SIP trunk such as CallCentric or one of the other ones supported by 3CX?

    Or would it be better to go right back to Physical lines?
