Skype to Skype calls is busy

    Hello everyone, I have a problem with outgoing calls from Skype to Skype, when I make a Skype call the recipient's rings, but if the recipient answers the call line is dropped

    This is the log of 3CX:

    Hi
    A very useful test is to call Skype's sound service, echo123, which is obviously a Skype account. Please do this test and tell us the result.

    If I call echo123 the number is busy ...
    I have installed 3CX v8.9414 on a PC with XP prof sp3, the skype gateway is installed on the same PC of 3CX Phone System, i make the call from a pc client with 3cx assistant

    Ok, now I need two more informations:
    1- in the gateway console, all channels Skypes are "Online-On Hook"?
    2 - if your gateway is configured with a master channel, the outbound call you made is to the master one?

    In the skype gateway I have only one channel configured as master and the state is "Online-On Hook".... the outgoing calls to Skype using this gateway

    Ok, then stop the gateway, edit the channel and make it a "normal" one (no "master") then try it again to see if it works.
