Slow loading recordings

    Hi

    I have just upgraded a customer to V15.5 from V14 and when accessing the call recordings from the management console it takes a long time before it shows any of the recordings, it just shows the blue and yellow bar going along the top of the screen asif it's loading.

    There are over 200GB of call recordings so not sure if that is why it's taking so long?

    Hi Philip,

    Have you found a solution to this, or is it just the sheer size?

    We've got a customer experiencing this, but with 80GB of recordings. I've left the recordings page open for about 20 minutes, and it's still got the loading stripe moving.

    On our own in-house install, we have 4GB, and that loads almost instantly.
