Hi,
I replaced a SNOM760 for a Yealink T48G and after that I have an issue with CTI.
The Yealink does not respond on any command from the 3CXPhone or Tel: command.
I have reinstall the 3CXPhone but that does not help.
The Yealink is provisioned with the default template.
Replace the T48G with the 760 and all work well again.
The issue is somewhere in the 3CX<->Yealink communication, but where?
If I deactivated the account in the Yealink I get a message on the 3CXPhone “CTI – No phone connected”
The “Action URI allow IP List” is setup with the IP-address of computer where the 3CXPhone is installed, but does not solve the issue.
Snom760 is running on f/w 8.7.5.35, Yealink is on f/w 35.80.188.8
3CXPS v14 SP2 and 3CXPhone for Windows v14.0.47020.0
I appreciated all the help to solve this issue.
Thank you.
