SNOM 370 doens't react in queue

    Hi,

    I have a strange problem.

    I have a 3CX 12.5 install with a Digital Receptionist > queue.

    In this queue i add a extension (SNOM 370). Everything works as expected. But after a period of, lets say, 30 minutes it doesn't react to calls.

    Someone any ideas.

    I allready tried other firmwares.

    Hi there,
    Kindly revert to supported firmware in any case, then reset and reprovision phone using default template.
    If issues persists after that, feel free to open a support ticket so we can investigate further what's going on.
