Hi, I have a user who is used to hitting the # key on a Yealink Phone in order to Make the Call (after he punches in the number he wants to call). The problem is, we now switched his phone to a SNOM 715 which doesn't seem to allow that feature. If he hits the # key on the SNOM 715 after he dials the number, the # is simply added to the DID and causes an error (i.e. does not make the call). Is there a workaround to this, so he can hit the # key on the SNOM to Make The Call, without effecting the other Yealinks in the office?
