Snom 820 & DND Settings

    I have set up free version of 3CX - Sipgate Voip - Snom 820

    If I get first call in on Snom all ok - audio both ways
    If I get second call in whilst on call 1, second call gets dropped

    If I set DND on Snom all calls get dropped

    I cant work this out as I have set 3CX to have setting for Busy on extension to - go to voicemail
    and phone not pbx to administer busy settings - ie allow phone to take simultaneous calls

    Any advise on Snom 820 & 3CX configuration settings would be very gratefully received !

    This seems to be problem with DND settings, can someone assist with correct settings for DND on Snom 820 phones and 3CX.

    Calls incoming when DND is set on phones get busy tone, even though extension settings in 3CX have set go to voicemail on busy and use phone status for busy
