Snom 821: rings after pickup

    Hi folks,

    we are evaluating the snom 821 phones in our office.

    We have an internal ringroup with 5 people inside. lets say group 800. If someone calls the group 800 all five phones are ringing. If my team collegue taks the call, my snom 821 is ringing for another 5 seconds. We are running the last firmware on the phone. (8.4.31)

    my snom has a "snom vision" attached and is provisoned by the pbx.

    Here is a PCAP trace made directly on the phone:

    It looks like the phone is not acepting the cancel request. If I add my old snom320 back, there is no issue.

    How can I solve this?

    Hi Marco,

    On the picture - "no reaction on CANCEL request"
    You need to report it to SNOM. from PBX point of view - SNOM 320 and SNOM 821(as well as other phones) are the same.

    I will do this! We have no issue with the 320 and the meeting point, so there must be one with these box :)
