Snom C520 calls dropping

    Hi Everyone,

    We have just rolled out one of the new Snom conference phones and are facing an issue where calls are dropping after 10-15 minutes, I suspected this may be linked to the SIP session timer being incorrect so have disabled re invites on the extension but the calls are still dropping. As far as the PBX is concerned these calls are being terminated by the phone. Does anyone have these phones in production or have any suggestions for a workaround?

    Hi V,

    These conference phones have not yet been certified for 3CX, so please tell me the method that you have set them up in, manually or provisioned with a custom template. Also where is it located - local or remote ?

    I see a similar issue here with a Yealink, this was solved with a firmware update. Issue being is that firmware for these phones are currently not supported :https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/calls-drop-after-15-minutes.51261/

    I would agree however based on my own experience also that this issue is most likely down to session timers:
