    Hi there,

Since our migration from Askozia to 3CX we are no longer able to change microphone volume on all of our Snoms D765 with firmware 8.9.3.66.

In the past we could set these values by provisioning with vol_handset_mic and vol_headset_mic.
Disabling the AGC is still possible but that's no solution because of too low voice levels.

Is there a way to set mic levels?

    Thanks,
    Sven

    Hi Stefan,

Thanks for your reply! We already provision these values with custom templates but it seems that these values are no longer present or adjustable in firmware 8.9.3.66.

Only these vol_*-variables are visible in the Snom's settings:
    vol_headset=
    vol_speaker=
    vol_speaker_max=
    vol_ringer=
    vol_handset=

Input from our IOT partner at snom:

    ****** Manual Translated *******
    Casing Mic Volume / vol_speaker_mic
    Handset Mic Volume / vol_handset_mic
    Headset Mic Volume / vol_headset_mic

has been deprecated in 8.9.x , replacement is AGC
Why the Wiki is not updated is a different topic which will be addressed
